What we will never charge for
Recording your own health. Periods, symptoms, mood, movements, feeds, water, weight, your diary — all of it, free, forever, on every plan. Charging a woman to write down what is happening in her own body would make this worse than a notebook.
Your data is also yours to take with you. Export everything you have logged at any time, on the free plan, whether or not you have ever paid us. A subscription you cannot leave is not a subscription, it is a hostage.
Questions people actually ask
- When do I start paying?
- After a month. Every new account gets a full month of Plus, free, with no card taken up front. If you do nothing at the end of it you drop to Free and keep everything you have logged — we do not lock your own history behind a paywall.
- What happens if I go over the free AI messages?
- Nothing breaks and nothing auto-charges. You are told you have reached the limit and offered a 50p top-up for 20 more messages, or the option to wait until next month. AI costs us money per message, which is the only reason there is a limit at all.
- Why is some of this marked Coming soon?
- Because it is not built yet, and we would rather say so than take your money for a screenshot. Anything marked Coming soon is not counted in the price you pay today — when it ships, it ships to the plan it is listed under at no extra cost.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your phone's subscription settings, and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. No email, no retention call.
- Is my data sold or shared?
- No. Not to advertisers, not to insurers, not to data brokers. Reproductive health data is the most sensitive category there is and we treat it that way. See the privacy policy for the detail.
